Lopesan was one of the best all inclusive i have tried. The food was great, staff are great. I gave the facility 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1 the power outlet are loose. Its hard to charge your devices. You need to bring a european extension. 2 is the shower there is no hot water option. But all was great..

We celebrated my husbands B-day and the staff was extremely helpful and made every effort to acknowledge our celebration. One thing that they need to improve on is the check in process when we arrived. It was a early morning flight and it took approximately 7 hours by the time we got there. We hadn't eaten properly but they wanted us to see the grounds prior to showing us our rooms. I think it would be best if we had already done a check in online to get us to our rooms first, have lunch and then show us the what the Hotel amenties are.

Beautiful property and friendly hotel staff! Many dining options and the restaurant/buffet staff was incredibly helpful with our toddler's food allergies, including making/serving us buffet items to avoid cross contact with other foods. There were plenty of activities and things to do at the hotel, many of which we did not have the time to do during our 5 night stay. Would definitely go back and recommend the hotel to others!

This was one of the worst hotels I ever Been to. The cleaning people don’t come till late in the day that is inconvenient and they had attitude. There was only one pool at it was so hot. I paid for an ocean view but I got a horrible view and when I told them they did nothing about it. The food choices were all similar no matter what restaurant you went to also it was vary hard to get a reservation so most nights I had to stick with the buffet. In the end I would not recommend staying there.

The property is Absolutely Beautiful and Spotless. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. Especially our butler, Wendy. There were only a few things I would say need improvement. Number one being the towel huts. There are only 2 for such a big property. Going to the Adults Only or Unique pool to find out that the towels were all the way on the other side of the resort, by the beach, was annoying. The Unique restaurant was very good, however the other restaurants were just ok with Mareas being the better one and El Asador being our least favorite. All in all I’d definitely recommend this resort.

The resort grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The pools are so nice! The resort looks just like the photos. The food was pretty good considering this is an all inclusive resort. The various options for specialty dining was a nice perk. The food these restaurants offered was good as well, but keep in mind it is imperative you make a reservation. We had issues with the app so make sure to check with staff on their availability if you experience the same problem. We booked a unique room, which is supposed to come with a butler but out of the five days we stayed we never saw him/her, despite calling multiple times about this. However, we did get somewhat of a free room upgrade upon check-in which we loved (they gave us a unique ocean view room when we booked a garden view). The staff are very friendly and do their best to accommodate, but the language barrier might be an issue for some guests. We also ended up using the 24/7 room service more than we expected, so that was definitely a perk as well. For those that like to workout, the gym is also great! Probably the nicest gym I've ever used at a hotel/resort while on vacation. Overall, this resort is extremely nice and peaceful. This is a good option whether you're traveling with your partner or with your family. We'd highly recommend staying here and hope to come back soon!

If you are considering either hard rock or majestic, choose them. Lopesan does not live up to the online videos and the hype. The staff is hit or miss with English. Also the property does not have running hot water. At best they only have warm water running, so if you are ok with showering in the pool you are fine. The food is good mostly, but very limited vegetarian options, alcohol was also great. The unique room was absolutely not worth it. Choose the regular one, because the unique buffet is very small and only serves a very Small subset of food of the main buffet. If you run into any issues with your stay, the customer service is absolutely useless. For what it's worth, I was asked to fill a complaint on a piece of paper. Lol.

Unique club upgrade was not worth the price. Staff could have been friendlier but the property and layout of the facility is incredible.
