Unfortunately my stay was underwhelming. I booked a superior room for my birthday and upon checking into the room I was dissatisfied. We asked for an upgrade immediately and offered to pay but the receptionist (Joanna) said there were no rooms which a few days later the other receptionists said was not true. Our assigned room was not soundproof (it was beside the entertainment which was very loud in the room). The shower did not drain which we reported three times to the front desk and no one came to fix. The electrical sockets in the room stopped working on the second day so we had to charge our devices outside the rooms to continue using them. This was reported multiple times and no one came. The bed was extremely hard. The AC did not cool the room and it stayed hot. On my birthday, i visited the reception area again close to tears and another receptionist (Earnesto) changed our rooms and told us many other superior rooms were available. To compensate he offered a birthday cake (I did not get it) and promised to speak to the manager to compensate (they still have not gotten back to me). I have gotten nothing for my horrible experience. The new room had none if the issues above and looks like what was advertised on the website unlike the initial assigned room. I am not sure why they lied about availability but I would not recommend.
