It was beautiful. The swimming pools were good. Te beach water was too contaminated with see weed.. The bars were OK for the price. The service in the restaurants was very bad and slow. Not enough dishes nor cutlery limited the efficiency of the restaurant. However, the food was good.

Food was very poor, we were out of energy for about 3 hours while sleeping. We were sweating like crazy and had to open all the windows. My wife asked for margarita, there wasn't, she asked for piña colada, there wasn't, in the morning during breakfast we asked for hot chocolate, there wasn't. That was horrible. I need to talk to a supervisor because that didn't worth the money that we paid for. I do all my reservations with Expedia I never had a problem before but now this is unacceptable.

It is close to the beach, food was average, wifi kept disconnecting, bathroom door lock is broken, toilet doesn't flush properly until I figured out I had to flush twice. The water was disconnected from the room 2 hrs before I had to checked out coming back from the beach at 10 a.m no water to shower or use the toilet. I asked at the front desk and the lady pretend not to understand but she could understand every thing else that I was saying.

Please change the water filter, it tasted like salt in the bathroom as it came out of the sea. The room I was give had a leaking ceiling and it was leaking out of the bathroom too so they switched to another one.

This place only spoke Spanish and barely had anyone who could understand English. The food was horrible, staff were slow and didn’t help much. The pool and beach were definitely nice plus the shows. There was a cockroach the size of a mouse in dinning room and when told and pointed at they just walked away. Not a very nice place unless you speak Spanish and like watered down drinks.

We had a good stay at this resort. There are a few disappointments down. The first day we had a phone charges stolen. That dining options are very few and not as good. Other than that we liked it.

El personal de recepcion es antipatico, el gerente Waldy no esta para ayudar al huesped. Pgue por una habitacion con dos camas y solo me querian dar una cama. molesto el gerente me hizo esperar una hora para asignarme una habitacion que tenia el acondicionador de aire dañado. Molesto realizo el cambio la habitacion. La alberca esta sucia, el agua del baño es salada. no cuentan con gaseosas dieteticas, la comida del buffet la contaminan con utensilios sucios y cruzan maricos (pescados) con carnes. Los pajaros se comen las comidas constantemente y nadie hace nada por evitar que eso suceda. Resumo diciendo que si el personal fuera mas amable tal vez a pesar de las nesecidades podia ser mas agradable la estancia.

I was really disapointed the beach was dirty, one part of the hotel was sold, and we were abble to have access to the roof top pool. Now the snack bar is the a la carte restaurant so we can’t have a snack untill 11 pm the did not even let us took some fries, and chiken wings
