Great family resort

We were able to check in earlier without issues and headed to the pool. The resort was extremely clean and all staff super nice and helpful. Plenty of food choices no need to even leave the resort. Room for improvement- It lacks enough sun umbrellas for the pool area. We cannot stay on the sun all day long without a proper shade. Also need to hire more service staff around the pool area, especially if the resort wants to keep their guests happy and not to lose on their sales. The drinks were amazing same and the food but the wait to get a drink or find a server to order a food was very very long.

Great Property!

I loved the property it is beautiful!! The customer service everywhere needs to step it up. When you’re at a resort, you’re expecting the staff to be friendly, happy accommodating, almost like Disney World. A lot of the employees had zero personality were not friendly or inviting. I’ll give a shout out to Joey at the rooftop pool bar, he was awesome! Overall, it was a great time!

The Sunseeker was very nice — updated, clean, excellent staff, and a large pool. However, for it being a resort there’s really nothing to do. There’s mediocre restaurants on property and a pool, but that’s the only thing that makes this a resort. Even then, there’s a resort fee to use the large pool, but if you want to use the 18+ rooftop pool, that’s an extra $25 per person per day. It was really disappointing and we ended up spending a lot of time in the room at night because of a lack of entertainment and activities. The pool closed an hour after sunset, so all there was to do was eat, drink, or sit in your room. For being a resort, our expectations were higher. Everything came at an extra cost but we weren’t really sure what extra things we were paying for.

The service was excellent. Really loved and enjoyed the harbor yards and other restaurants on the property. The food was wonderful, the ambiance was great and price was reasonable. Highly recommend staying at this resort.

Beautiful resort with amazing pools. The restaurants are overpriced and reception ladies would not respond to a good morning. Kept heads down and ignored you. Security is extremely polite and very welcoming. The 6 days we stayed spent most of it away from the resort because there is nothing close to do in the area. No attractions. Nothing. We booked tours out of Ft Myers to Key West and another to Everglades. We won’t return.
