The patisserie is a gem. The pastry chef is extremely talented. The food court provided a nice level of instant gratification. The staff was pleasant, but not very knowledgeable or experienced.

This was our second stay at Sunseeker within the past three weeks. Here's what has changed - Valet Parking raised to $35/night; no more Blue Lime restaurant; had a horrible "to go" breakfast that was $50 (the venue ran out of coffee and then couldn't issue a refund for $6 cup of coffee); went to Steakhouse for dinner, my husband had two glasses of cabernet @ $52. Finally, I requested a late check-out (for noon) on Sunday morning and was told it would cost $50 extra. Also, there is only one shop open. So, be prepared for crazy prices and staff who are not able to issue a refund when you are overcharged and they run out of coffee. The front desk staff is rigid; they are not empowered to make decisions. The valet/parking staff is pretty good, but I fear there is a lot of turnover here. I own a travel company and have 15 years in the industry. This hotel has a steep learning curve ahead.
