Overall the hotel was good - the rooms were nice and comfortable. The pool area was a bit frustrating since almost any lounge chair with an umbrella cost extra - I'm not sure how they can charge a $50/night resort fee and then try to charge you again just to have some shade! The food at the cafes and restaurants were fine but nothing to write about. So this was a good stay, but nothing really stood out except the nice rooms and comfy bed.

It took over an hour to get checked in. It was unreasonable. They only had 3 staff members checking in a massive line of people.

I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again. The room didn’t have a fridge or coffee pot which are pretty standard for most hotels. They also didn’t have conditioner, which is also very standard. The iron in the room didn’t work. And we had to pay $25 for parking. The room was alright but pretty run down, nothing glamorous about it. I would definitely recommend staying anywhere else. The staff were very nice and helpful though.
