Just the staff was nice and food was ok

Thank you to the staffs in Komune Living and Wellness. I have spent 9 days there and I had a good day. Our room was facing the park and sunrise. We had good view every morning and it energized us. The most advantages I have to say for staying there is the free parking and the available parking lots in that hotel. There is a 7 eleven just beside the hotel, make thing really convenient for us. The laundry room is also a big advantage so we can wash the cloths and the laundry room is clean too. I love the game room too, we spent some good leisure time there. My down point was my neighbor, they went in and out their room late at night, having no manners at all. Slammed their door hard behind them every single time they go in and out, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT at sometimes 12AM, 1AM, 3AM... what is their problem!! The property is a little old..just a little, but it is still comfortable to stay in. The pillow is not their best. One of the light on the room ceiling was flickering. The toilet is all glass but there were paperwall around it, so it was not transparent, but there are holes on it where you can see in to the toilet. Ermmm tht need to be fix. Overall, it was a good 9 days stay and I am giving it 4 out of 5.

The property is located in a brand-new skyscraper that is yet to be completed and launched. It is very, very quiet (felt like I was the only person in the entire building). Facilities work fine and are brand new. Reception staff also good. Biggest drawback: Jewel Oxley is not yet in any ride or delivery app, so couriers and drivers deliver to building next door or wait for you somewhere completely different. Overall good stay.

Great from start to finish! Clean property that’s conveniently located within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The staff are super friendly and helpful. There’s even a self service laundry in the basement! Between the skywalks and MRT you can get around easily. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Malaysia.

Reasonable price and easy access to transport and Bukit Bintang area. Our initial room had a leak in bathroom and staff quickly offered us another room. Towels were a bit musty but had basic amenities, including slippers. One of the lifts (left hand side) was hotter than the other. Overall, it was good value and staff were polite and pleasant, and catered to what we needed for our stay.

Booked a 2-night stay in a 3-bedroom apartment. Check-in was simple. There was just 1 guy standing near the perpetually crowded lobby giving out the keycard and his command of English wasn’t great. Good enough to tell you that you would be held responsible for any violation of house rules. Additional keycards required a further deposit of RM200, so cough up if you’re travelling in a big group and need flexibility. 1 parking lot allocated per apartment. What was advertised as a 3-bedroom apartment was more like a 2-bedroom and one makeshift room. The third room was converted into a bedroom using a sliding door with tinted glass. Zero privacy, claustrophobic, no windows and poor ventilation (musky smell). Totally could not meet our needs and we had to quickly search for an additional room in a hotel nearby incurring additional costs. There were only 2 bathrooms and not 3 as advertised. Other than that, the apartment was clean and well-furnished. WiFi was not working initially but we were given a fresh password and that was solved. Lifts were slow and we never knew when it would arrive because there were no displays showing which floor the lifts were at. Swimming pool was crowded and not enough deck chairs. In summary, this is an apartment for rent in a good location. You get what you pay for, but we didn’t appreciate the 2-bedroom being marketed as a 3-bedroom with 3 bathrooms. Won’t be coming back.
