This is the perfect place to stay! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is THE BEST! I cannot say enough about how helpful, kind, courteous and generous the staff is! The food for breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious! Beach across the street!

We recently visited the Porto Carras Grand Resort with our two teenage daughters, and overall, they absolutely loved it! The Highlights: Pristine Location: The property's setting is excellent. The sea was perfectly calm, crystal clear, and truly amazing. Exceptional Dining: We enjoyed several brilliant restaurants during our stay! Cikado offered great food paired with an unbeatable sunset view. The Japanese bar featured a lovely waterside seating area, and both the pizzeria and the Greek restaurant down in the marina were fantastic. Resort Amenities: The boutique shops and the on-site spa were amazing and added a great touch of luxury to our trip. Room for Improvement: The only significant thing missing from this resort is a default all-inclusive package for all guests. Constantly having to carry cash and a card around the resort to pay for every drink and meal was a bit of a nightmare and detracted from the otherwise relaxing atmosphere. Overall, it is a stunning resort with wonderful facilities and gorgeous views for families, but the day-to-day payment logistics could definitely be improved.

This was our second stay at the Kassandra, we really enjoyed it , lovely room,plenty of storage, very clean. Beach gorgeous and stylish pool. Breakfast and dinner very good. Service from all staff is excellent

The Bad: The hotel failed to reply to multiple Expedia messages regarding a ferry terminal pickup. Communication is paramount. Because of this silence, my wife and I had to walk half a mile at 9:40 PM from the furthest pier, tired and carrying heavy luggage in an unfamiliar city. The Good: The hotel's recovery was outstanding. The next day, Magda the manager was genuinely concerned and went above and beyond to fix the reception lapse. She provided several complimentary drinks and paid for our airport taxi upon checkout. The Property: The hotel itself is excellent. We enjoyed beautiful sea views, a very comfortable bed, and a great breakfast. Giannis at the rooftop bar deserves a special mention for his superb, 10/10 customer service. Location: Perfectly situated. It is highly convenient for the ferries, city centre, and airport, with great bars and restaurants right on the doorstep. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is a bit far from city center. The house keeping didn’t clean our room.

This was a great place to stay. I was here for five nights which gave me 4 days in Thessaloniki, two of which I used for out-of-town excursions. The neighbourhood was safe and walkable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a really nice breakfast buffet. My room was spacious and had two small balconies where you could get some fresh air and look out upon the neighbourhood. I am happy to recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved staying at the Hipsters! It was my first time in Greece and I will certainly come back! The cleaning, the staff, the breakfast, the location, everything was perfect. Thank you so much for having us!
