اولا خدمه الغرفه سيئه جداً ولا يتم الرد على المكالمات وتنظيف الغرف سيئ ولايتم تبديل الفوط ولايتم تفقد النواقص بالنسبه لعدم احترام المنظر العام يسمحون للنزلاء النزول للمطعم الافطار واللوبي بملابس النوم ولا يوجد ضوابط للأمر وكذلك الفندق بعيد عن المجمعات وعند العوده في الساعه ال5 عصر ا بسبب مداخل المنطقه المزدحمه يستغرق الوقت ساعتان للوصول اليها
وبالنسبه للمسابح جدا صغيره وليست كما هي في الوصف وأنشطه الاطفال لا توجد نهائيا
وكانت تجربه جداً سيئه واسوء منتجع سكنت فيه في دبي
ووغير موضوع الاكل الموجود في الممرات في الليل والروائح
