Great location close to the bell tower, drum tower and the city wall. Buffet breakfast has lots to choose from. Beds are comfortable and room is quiet. Highly recommended

Communication with the hotel is an issue. Before the trip, I texted the hotel twice. But without a response. I asked Expedia to contact the hotel. It ended up going nowhere since the person answered the phone had difficulty in another language. It is a little surprise for a major international chain.
