Parts were updated and nice-the lobby and the pool area are beautiful, but our room and stairwell had a musty odor that was unpleasant. Parking lot was littered and the grass was unkept, making it look run down. The website said there was dining available on site, but we arrived to find it was closed and options in the area were very limited. We ended up having to order pizza. Very reasonable price, the experience just didn’t match what was posted online.

2 star hotel of I 80.

It was not so great. Bathroom floor was very durty, hair all over. No chairs or table to sit at. Barely any counter space for our items used during shower. Outside was a huge mess. Weeds and trash. Probably not stopping again or recommending to friends or family.

Pros and cons

Check-in was fast and easy. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was noisy making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was not so good. Out of scrambled eggs. No napkins so attendant brought roll of paper towels. Every table was dirty and trash cans were disgusting (no trash can liners).

The bed was ok. They oiled the wood floor and left puddles of oil. Overall the room and place is nice. However, whoever oiled the floor didnt know what they were doing. The oil needs to be wiped or buffed back off after conditioning the wood.

Good stay for the price and comfort

The customer service employee who checked us in was friendly, professional, respectful, and she solved my initial problems with no questions asked. The stay was quiet. The negatives that I could say about the stay so everyone gets good and "bad" information is you can tell that they may be trying to do small upgrades like fresh paint, and newer furniture/flooring but you can see paint drips on floors and the walls. The entrence door I used to access my room had broken latice work on the glass. Both times when i was coming in to hotel the housekeeping staff had security doors propped open while cleaning in halls. Now the good I can say is that it had a beautiful pool and recreational area that was very unique to hotels around here.

Large enough room but the tv is small versus the distance to the bed. There isn’t an ice machine on the 2nd floor and the elevator is on the other side of the building. We are off the pool and it’s very humid, my husband is on oxygen and this wasn’t the best option of a room for us. There is only one plug in on either side of the bed and his oxygen needs to be plugged in but the plug is at the very edge of the frame and hardly fit, so the plug in on the other side couldn’t be used. We couldn’t have our phone next to us for this reason. The bed is a king bed but the pillows are the size of a couch pillow. The lobby had a horrible burning smell. I will not pick this hotel in the future.

The hallways were hot and humid with outside doors unsecured. There was no ice machines on the SW side of the building. The pilows were to small. The matress was super lumpy and not comfortable!
