What a beautiful hotel! It is a hotel renovated from a warehouse. It has the beautiful old brick/beams. Very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. Overall it was quiet but could hear occasional echo from people in the hallway and the train nearby but nothing after 10 pm if so. Walking along the river within two blocks. A lot of great restaurants within walking distance. And made to order omelets for breakfast!

I have no complaints - this hotel had everything you would want or need for a couple's overnight to check out the Quad Cities. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and convenient with a sink, microwave, fridge, and filtered water spout to refill your water bottle. The breakfast was delicious with several options, including omelettes. Plus, they do have bikes to borrow to ride the trail and a saline pool. We found it easy to walk a few blocks for dinner. I will definitely be back!

Aside from occasional train that might bother some people at night, this is a terrific value. Great breakfast, clean, friendly, walking to restaurants and 15 min to airport. Bikes to borrow is also nice add.

The old warehouse vibe with a modern twist was very unique and it was a safe area to be out walking in the evening! really close to bettendorf, just a half mile then across the river to lots of shopping and resturaunts as well as the resturaunts that were within walking distance of the hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the free breakfast was great with a cook to make eggs or pancakes on request. The room was very clean and the downstairs pub was a joy to spend the evenings at. Unfortunately when we went to the pool we were not able to use it due to a clearly used female personal hygiene product floating around in it, this truly grossed us out and ruined the thought of swimming for us.
