First time staying there. Room was ok, a little dated, but not bad. Went to the casino to watch WNBA. Zero wait staff in the sports betting area. Asked the attendant if there was wait staff. She told me they came around sometimes but not frequently. She said i would be better off going up to the bar. Waited about 15 mins, no server so i went to the bar to get beverages for the 3 of us. The bar was clearly not busy at all. The bartender said" Where is everyone else" after i ordered, indicating that i could only purchase one drink at a time. Kind of rude in her approach, but i let her know that we had been sitting in the sports betting area for awhile and hadn't seen anyone. She said she she would have to get someone to carry the other two drinks over, also seemed put out by me ordering. Only one other person was waited on for the 5-10mins that i was at the bar, so again not busy. Not a great customer service experience at all. We finished our drinks, left and went to a bar a short distance away instead of staying there to watch the game.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The pool area looked like it could use an update. There was paint peeling and it just looked unkept. The mainbiggest disappointment was that the whirlpool was not working. We most often make reservations based on if the property has a working whirlpool. disappointment

The room was large and comfortable. We were not offered cleaning service when we checked in. The next day I had to walk through the hotel carrying clean towels to our room! We will not stay there again.

Lovely room but no cold water! I've heard of no hot water but this was uncomfortable. The sink offered hot water from the cold tap and hotter water from the hot tap. Your shower choice was HOT or scalding!

I was surprised by a few of the outdated items in this hotel. The rooms thermostat was from The 70s and the AC was hit and miss the whole time we were there. Various areas around the hotel on the floors frequently had garbage left at the elevators which stayed for long periods. Many of the drinking fountains were non operational and had crusty deposits in them. I have no idea what it was. Not worth the premium fee for staying there.
