We chose this hotel as we had tickets for an event at the arena next door. It was also across the street from the John Deere Pavilion and the edge of downtown Moline, where we found several interesting restaurants and a bar/club (O'Keefe's) where we were able to enjoy some music after our event. The hotel's public areas are nice (with free coffee) and a basic breakfast was included in the price. Our room's decor was a bit drab, but it was clean and comfortable, so it'd be easy to recommend this place if you find yourself needing to stay in Moline.

We had a wonderful overnight stay. Clean, updated and friendly staff. Check in was breeze online. There was nice hot breakfast. Located right on the river with a beautiful river walk. The area is extremely safe and clean. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very convenient location. Easy to walk to dining establishments and to walk along the river. Service personnel very professional. Rooms are nice but a bit dated. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working half of my stay.

This was our second night and we were assured that the A/C had been fixed from a stay a few days earlier. It wasn't fixed and needless to say there were no options provided by the hotel to either comp the room or to reduce the rate. We were very disappointed, especially since it had the Wyndham name over it.

We liked the proximity to the JD Pavillion. AC wasn’t working and our room went from 72 degrees to 80 that night. They should have told us this before we arrived. Pool was so cold, the kids didn’t enjoy swimming.

I agree with almost all of Patrick W's post of Feb 2024. I would change the following: The hotel is not great...it is very beat with damaged room doors, dirty supply air vents, missing or expired elevator certificates, dirty ice machine, dirty common areas, vendor loading fruit in through the lobby?!?, water-damaged hallway ceilings, etc. The staff we encountered, other than the day manager (we don't know her title as she never introduced herself and was the source of our biggest frustration due to her lack of customer service) were very nice. The rest of his comments were exactly what we encountered (no hot water, breakfast was shabby, etc.). For a Wyndham hotel, it was definitely a lot less. We too will stay elsewhere for future visits. "Wow! As far as a Wyndham goes it’s very disappointing! The hotel, decor and atmosphere are great! The rooms, the service, the breakfast…. Motel 6 quality! No hot water, no ac, breakfast was crap, service was rude and uncompassionate. Do yourself and family a favor stay elsewhere…. We will from now on!"

This stay was mediocre. The lady who checked us in was a bit unprofessional. Gym was TINY and inadequate. Room and view were very nice. Breakfast was not good. At all. Very few gluten free options.

We had two separate reservations four days apart Wednesday and Sunday. The air conditioning did not work, when we reported it they said that the repair people would be fixing it the next day. Upon the second night we were assured that the air conditioning was fixed. That turned out to be false information as well. When we asked to have the room comped or reduced the person at the counter said that that was up to the GM. Needless to say there has been no accountability from this Wyndham hotel. Going forward my family and I will be avoiding any hotel affiliated with Wyndham hotel group.

The hotel is in a great location There are things to do close in the area. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Being by the dock for the Channel Cat Water taxi is a bonus!
