Bed Bugs and Unclean
Entered the building elevators was down. Stairs to room or to access floors needed vacuuming. Once I made it to my room there was an unwelcoming odor, to my surprise my room was dirty. Bed was not made, dirty socks on the floor, some type of sauce or food on cover. Then there was bed bugs identified in the room. I no longer wanted to stay in the building and had to leave.

Arrived 10 min before check in. Staff said room was not ready. Made me sit in the lobby. After 10 min, new staff switched out an open room for us. Earlier staff was too lazy...maybe end of shift. Also zero coffee during breakfast. Went down the street.
