The 1st room i was put in was really nice but when i laid on the bed to watch tv, i realized it was broke & doing a teeter totter motion. The friendly front desk guy tried to fix it but couldn't so he moved me to a different room.... definitely downgraded from what my 1st room looked like but nothing was broke....just no hand towels nor wash rags.

I try to adjust the heat Did it work? I had to shut off the unit completely. And sleep all night cold .,and water.too much Water pressure from the sink when you operate. No coffee machine no headboard for the bed the wall looks ugly.

Found roaches on the sink and in the bathroom. Found roaches in the bed the next morning. Vending machines only had skittles or starburst or were empty. Breakfast bar had two cereals, milk, bread, and waffle mix.

Worse customer service i have ever experienced . They tried to charge 300 dollars for a room because we have a dog the dog is shaved so there was no shedding and is completely potty trained no damage whatsoever! Tried to gett the 100 damage deposit back and the lady running the place took another 100 out of my account!! And she called my husband an ass and hung up on him. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay
