This was a SCAM booking...Beware...I did not make this booking. Hotel.com needs to sort out SECURITY issues immediately.

Facility is not 5 Star. Equipment & room furniture are poor quality. Gym equipment worn out. Grumpy ladies in the morning for breakfast. Ac broken. Curtains stained. Table not stable. Mirror make-up not secured Did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. No I will not recommend this hotel. I have no plans of staying here again.

Huge room and well maintained hotel. Great amenities, great staff.

Hands down amazing, staff out of this world, helpful polite, and could not accommodate us enough. We were even given a free upgrade to an executive suite as they did not have the twin beds ordered on the booking.

Great little hotel in Hoi An. Close to everything but in a quiet spot. Super helpful staff and a great breakfast buffet is a very nice spot.

the downside to the villas was the kitchen; there is no cooking pans to prepare a warm meal or microwave, the villas charge for renting a cooking pans/pots for daily use, which is unusual for a high-end villas resort. hopefully they will make an exemption in near the future for not charging customers for using pots and pans.

Excellent stay in Da Nang! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and hospitable. Hotel was very beautiful. Good and filling breakfast menu. The receptionists including Tom and all the team were amazing. Thank you for a brilliant stay!
