We had a great stay! The appartement was convenient, clean, comfortable and we liked the view on Université Laval. It was close to everything. There was also place to store our bikes. We would go back.

So terrible checking experience!!!

I’ve never had such a terrible check-in experience. We had to message, call nearly five times just to get basic information. The communication was slow, unclear, and incredibly frustrating. What should have been a simple process turned into unnecessary stress. I strongly advise against booking this place unless the host seriously improves their responsiveness and organization. Very disappointing.
