Very nice place to stay in Grande Allée, small and cozy, perfect for a couple and a weekend getaway. Breakfast was enough to start the day, many other restaurant options around. Staff was kind and informative. Thank you C3 hotel, we had an amazing stay.

This is a beautiful old-worldish hotel in a great location. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendly, and the walk-out-your-door convenience to shopping, the arts district, and the Plains of Abraham park make all activities convenient and easy. It is also walk-able to the old city. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous, with great cheeses, breads, coffee. So much nicer than the more contemporary hotels. The rooms are small, and being placed on the 3rd floor with our old border collie was a little tough. We were also charged $30/day for him, rather than the $30 total (we stayed for 4 days). I didn't argue about it, but it would have been nice if they had split the difference given I was told he would be $30. We also paid for parking ($20/day) which I would recommend, since parking is tight in this amazing neighborhood.

The staff here are so kind and helpful; they seem to genuinely enjoy meeting new people each day. Rooms were had fun, funky decorations and all the basics easily at hand. Our mattress was pretty hard; we spent a lot of time tossing and turning. That was really the only downside. Handy to shopping and walkable activities.

The shower in the room 207 has mold and should be looked at to avoid any suit for those who are mold sensitive. Overall, I loved the stay, the staff were exceptionally nice and accomodating. Love the ambiance, the location, the art and the morning breakfast service!

Room 101 is BRUTAL!
Our room was the size of our bed. Our toilet was in the kitchen of the hotel, and the rest of the kitchen was beside our heads in our teeny tiny room. The staff were great, the concept is cool, but if you're unfortunate enough to stay in room 101, the hotel should be paying you to stay there. We got no sleep in the mornings as the staff was setting up for breakfast or doing breakfast. We were exhausted when we left.

We love the hotel and will definitely stay there again if we visit the area! It took us about 25 minutes to walk to the top attractions at Old Quebec City and very convenient!
