We got called just before we checked in advising we were being changed to a different because our room had water damage. They said the other hotel was right beside them. It was actually blocks from them. We went there and they didn’t have our information, no record of a reservation. So we had to go back to the original hotel, they called the other hotel so we had to go back to the 2nd hotel again and check in. Parking suggested by the manager was terrible, massive potholes full of water and no spots available. We ended up wasting in total @3 hrs with all of this. Finally finding our own parking location. The biggest issue I had is telling us the other hotel was right beside the original hotel we booked.

The check in was okay. The room the AC was loud so we had to turn it off because the noise we couldn’t sleep. The shower the hot and cold water was in reverse…we found out the hard way. The breakfast was mediocre. Next time in Quebec we will pay a bit more and will stay at a bigger hotel. The price to stay at this hotel was not worth it.

Great location, limited parking.

Last minute one night stay in Quebec City. Hotel in great location to walk to restaurants and shops. Very limited parking, but there is a nearby parking garage, and parking is extra even at the hotel. Our room was lovely but did look out on a brick wall. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices. Would recommend but with the previous limitations.

The area is very convenient and close to major tourist spots. The staff were helpful. The parking was full when we checked in so we had to park our car off-site, about an 8min walk from the property. It was a pleasant stay overall but they can improve their breakfast as well as update their furnitures.

L’hôtel est très vieux; tapis dans les couloirs et chambres… vieux meubles… accès aux chambres avec des clés; ascenseur très lent… lors du nettoyage des chambres, notre porte avait été laissé entreouverte; parfait pour se faire voler! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
