This hotel is amazing! We had a gorgeous view of the Frontenac and it was very clean. Was the perfect distance from everything.

Do not recommend
Heat wasnt working.I had to blead air out of the radiator myself. Mini fridge wasn't plugged in when r arrived. Walls were paper thin. We had very loud and drunk neighbors and no reception person to call. Only got one key for the room. The keypad to enter barely works. Water in the shower changed temperature wildly.

En général, c’était bien mais voici quelques irritants: - le fait qu’il n’y ait personne à la réception, c’est impersonnel et pas très chaleureux; - il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain et il n’y avait pas de ventilateur pour assainir l’odeur; - le fonctionnement du téléviseur est complexe, il a fallu déplacer un fil, le rebrancher et finalement ça a fonctionné, il y aurait lieu de laisser une note explicative aux clients; - il n’y avait pas de note également pour le fonctionnement de la cafetière, nous n’avons pu l’utiliser; - il manque une poubelle dans la salle de bain (pas pratique pour les femmes qui doivent se changer, on doit sortir de la toilette pour jeter sa serviette); - pas de brosse pour le bol de toilette; - personne à la réception au départ; - pas d’espaces de stationnement et aucune information au préalable de la possibilité de payer le stationnement à 25$.

This is a small non serviced style hotel. The location is the best, room was small but had everything we needed. We will deffinitley stay again .

The check in was little rough for us. The code that we were provided to check in, did not work for us. We had to call the emergency line to ask the hotel staff to let us in. However, the family suite was absolutely stunning and very clean. Everything was smooth after that. I loved the hotel.

Good walking distance from La Petite Champlain and other attractions within the walls of Old Quebec. I liked the service, they have nice accommodating staff and the room was clean. Although, the parking was a little far from the property but as expected since parking within the walls of the city has always been a hassle. Overall it was a nice hotel and affordable in my opinion.

It was very uninviting the lobby was Barron no one there to greet you it was cold no bathroom facilities no personal touch other hotels in the area seemed much more welcoming I felt I made a mistake by booking your hotel. The room was never made up. We were there for 3 nights in my opinion it was an expensive hostel I would not recommend this place

This hotel is located steps away from all of the key historical sites in Old Quebec. We really enjoyed being able to walk around the area and always felt safe. It is an old building so we were prepared for the impact that that has on the room configuration, etc. One thing we did not like was the bathtub did not drain properly. This is not an "old building" issue, it is an issue of maintenance ... the drain just needs to be properly cleaned out. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in Old Quebec and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We weren’t keen on the self check in, it was a bit confusing for us. So many stairs 37, to the floor we were on and no daily bed making service, however the suite was wonderful, extremely clean and met our needs.
