Extremely friendly staff and almost all are fluent in both English and French. Room was clean. View out of the room was excellent. Restaurant in the lobby served great food and was reasonably priced. Great location! Easily walkable to old Quebec and surrounding areas. Fantastic selection of restaurants around the hotel as well. All restaurants in the area were bilingual friendly. Underground parking was available but was a bit pricey at $25 a day. Small to mid sized SUV’s and small trucks can fit. But larger 1/2 ton trucks and up probably won’t. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible customer service.

Tried to change the reservation and hotel was not responsive and not helpful at all. As a result we got charged for a reservation we didn’t even use. Asked the manage to call and never got a call back either. Will never use this hotel again.

A very busy hotel. Like other reviews state, there are some dated features of our room: shower/bath, furniture, lobby. We loved our bed and the cable TV package. The walls are quite thin and noise on Saturday night was a factor. Pool area is nice and gym equipment is decent. Overall this hotel meets expectations for the price of a room. Would come back but maybe not on Carnival weekend.

This property was visibly in need of repair and updates. Our bathroom was old and unclean and in need of paint if nothing else. The water pressure was like a fire hose and splashed all over the counter when turned on.Our traveling companions did not have hot water or a working fridge while there. Outside there was damaged concrete pillars revealing the rebar!! Lobby showed leaky areas. Location and views were good. The restaurant was good but run by another company.

Emplacement de choix. Nous avions une belle vue sur les Plaines. Le décor de la chambre manque un peu d’amour. Une belle chaise de lecture confortable serait apprécié au lieu d’une petite chaise droite de réunion. L’homme à l’accueil n’a pas été en mesure de m’informer sur le Carnaval qui débutait ce soir là.

Great place for Quebec winter carnival. Parking wasn’t great. It wasn’t included in the stay and had to pay extra. Also wasn’t ideal for electric vehicles. They only had 2 chargers and parking areas were very small
