Good hotel in Quebec city

Pretty good stay overall, but the hotel is aging a little bit and needs some renovations. The views from my room on 21st floor were great though. The coffeemaker in my room did not work. Power outlets are not very convenient (however they do offer wireless phone charger at a headboard). The breakfast restaurant is great!

Belle chambre à l'arrivée cependant il faisait froid dans la chambre à l'arrivée. La chambre n'était pas assez éclairée. Il y avait des punaises de lit. J' ai dû changer de chambre pour une avec un lit moins grand. À mon check out, je n' ai eu aucun mot de la direction pour la gêne occasionnée alors qu' une note était supposée être laissée pour le lendemain. Ce fut une escapade pas reposante. J'avais juste envie de quitter l'hôtel. Le ménage est expéditif car la chambre avait de la poussière. Une des 2 tasses était sale. Je ne retenterai pas l' expérience.
