Pros: - great location, 10 mins walk to downtown, - excellent brunch at Ciel Bistro Bar which has a 360 rotating view at reasonable price - underground parking but not free Cons: - close to zero internet connection in guest room - hotel room is outdated (closet door falling apart) with minimal amenities (no safe, cheapest coffee maker) - cleaning lady left an envelope in the room for tipping - only 2 charging station. We couldn’t charge our tesla due to parking spot too narrow

Overall okay I was expecting more. When i booked, the room looked really good in the picture. I booked a king deluxe The room did not look like the picture A lot of things were broken or did not work. The window had a crack which caused an agressive sound non-stop. The heater was broken so it was really cold. Sink was blocked. Door was broken. Lights didn't work. Although all of this, it was clean. The restaurant on top of the hotel is amazing.

Hôtel très bien situé et abordable. C’est encore les vacances des fêtes donc plusieurs famille et c’était un peu bruyant tard en soirée. Le Concorde reste quand même une excellente option pour loger près du vieux Québec !

Very well located hotel. Very outdated, mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. Parking at hotel was not available, they give access to a nearby parking. Everything is kept to the minimum. It's sad for a so well located hotel.

It was very difficult to find parking there was no parking. Washroom tub is rusty. And room wasn't clean properly. The superior room didn't look like the online pictures. Very disappointed.

It was a cool location and a nice hotel, but it was dirty, the room and the hotel were dirty (the pool as well) and the furniture was old and scratched and dirty and the doors were all banged up.
