1. The bedsheet was dirty . There was a line of blood on it. 2. I emailed them several times and got no response and ended up calling them to get the link for checking in and needed to submit a few personal information.

J’avais payé l’entièreté de la réservation par le biais de Hotel.com et l’établissement a quand même débité ma carte de crédit du montant de la nuit. Bien que l’établissement a reconnu l’erreur, j’ai dû téléphoner trois fois et le problème n’est toujours pas résolu. Dans un autre ordre d’idée, il y a beaucoup d’itinérants autour de la bâtisse. Celle-ci est située devant une soupe populaire.

We arrived at the apartment around 11:30 am after our cruise. We knew that check in was 4 pm but as normal hotels, we thought we could leave our luggage and go around. But when we arrived, there was no reception. We were told to go to another place to store our luggage. We walked 20 mins dragging our luggage. This was NOT communicated to us at all. So later we come back to get our luggage and go to the apartment. It was in a very scary area. We got inside and found it very clean. But then we realized that there were no closets in the bedroom to hang our clothes. So, we had to live out of our suitcase. The bathroom sink was also very small. No place to keep our toiletries. There was no air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot. Not a good experience at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Homeless service zone right in front of the front gate. Walkable to old Quebec area and grocery was 3 min from the loft. Very clear and overall condition of the property was fine. French was better for communication with agents. It was hard to be connected with agents. It took more than an hour to get an access code and we had to stand at the gate while it was raining. Transaction was doubled and got a refund later. [Overall] property was really good, but operation system was poor. They need to improve their system.

I was really impressed with all aspects of this property, we literally had no problems. The property was perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. Great location for the Railway station just a 5 to 10 min walk, and not far from the city centre. Buses a short walk away to take you to the Waterfall and the old town. Huge supermarket just around the corner for anything you need.

We will stay here again when in Quebec City. Lifts were well situated, quiet, clean with nice amenities. Staff was very helpful communicating off site parking options prior to our arrival and responded immediately when we had entry issues which were my fault. Great stay!

The apartment itself was nice, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Having a nice kitchen was a bonus. Unfortunately, i felt the neighborhood was a bit sketchy amd i was worried about parking my car.

There was issues with the online code after I paid so I had to call for my room code. Also, our room was beside the washing mashing and it is very loud when people slam the machines. The couches need pillows as well. I would also note that there is a soup kitchen across from the building so ensure to be safe when entering and leaving the building.
