Très mauvaise expérience au Quality Inn de Québec. Dès notre arrivée, j’ai eu un problème avec ma carte de crédit et la réceptionniste (dame aux cheveux mauves, semblant âgée) a été très impolie et arrogante. Elle a refusé que je parle à sa gérante en disant que ses 18 ans d’expérience suffisaient. Parce que nous étions jeunes, elle nous a soupçonnés à tort de vouloir fumer et nous a menacés de garder notre dépôt si la chambre sentait le tabac ou le cannabis. En plus, elle a demandé la couleur et la marque de notre voiture sans vraie raison. Au départ, j’ai dû attendre 15 minutes pendant qu’on vérifiait la chambre avant de me remettre mon dépôt. Service client déplorable, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.

Recently renovated, clean and tidy. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. There is only one elevator at the front. Its a tedious walk with luggage if you are staying on the other side.
