The hotel includes free break at the lower floor which is brilliant. Thus, there is a lovely pub to meet friends with. Nonetheless, the hospitality from the staff are super distinctive, which will make you feeling going home away from home.

we loved it!

It was a great experience for our family of 5. Very friendly, easy going personnel. We loved the convenient facilities: kitchen, bar, lobby, games… the room was very convenient for the 5 of us. Possibility to bring your own food and use the common fridge in the kitchen. The hotel was fully refreshed, redecorated less than a year ago and it was done with a lot of taste. The location is great too, right in the middle of Old Quebec city. One regret though… we stayed one night only!😃

Location is great! However, the building is big and there´s no lift so it was hard to get to our room specially when carrying our bags. So many stairs up and down to get to our room felt like a labyrinth and it wasn´t clear if it was a shared bathroom or not until we checked in. The receptionist at check in wasn´t very polite. Breakfast is good though.

We had an extremely comfortable stay in the family room at the Auberge Internationale. The staff were friendly, chatty and welcoming. The kitchen was well outfitted and clean, and the common areas were sunny and comfortable. The location was perfect for walking around old Quebec City. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the hostel was within walking distance of the train station.

I really enjoyed my stay at Auberge Quebec and I would totally stay here again! The Hostel was clean and the amenities such as the kitchen and theatre were perfect. The breakfast was a nice touch and had just the right amount of food for everyone to have a simple but filling start to the day. I stayed in a 8 person female only room, there only ended up being 6 beds and lots of space so it was perfect. The staff I cannot say enough kind things about. Every single one of them was so helpful, nice and eager to help. The only issue I had was the plumbing. There would always be so many toilets that were clogged or unflushable. I even had a toilet overflow on me, luckily I was wearing shoes, that is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Apart from that, the location was incredible, super accessible to everything I needed and lots of restaurant's, cafes, buses and anything else one would need!

Family Stay for Carnaval

We came to the city for Carnaval and stayed in a family room. The place exceeded our expectations. Plenty of nearby parking within a very short walking distance. The staff was all very welcoming. The family room is great for any family and was perfect for our needs. The location is super convenient as it’s located just steps away from Parliament with the walls of Vieux-Québec. Continental breakfast was an added plus! On our 3rd/final night we came back early as there was a blizzard. We made good use of board games and the communal areas. It was a Sunday night so the onsite bar was closed. We would gladly stay here again.
