The property was new and clean with lots of dining options around. There is a Metro grocery store within a 10 minute walk. While it didn’t bother me, there were artifacts of homeless people within 2 blocks by the church. Overall, the hotel offers good value and is within a 7 minute drive to Old Quebec for the many attractions.
