The room was so different from the given pictures, there’s a parking lot beside the building that is not enough to all guests cars and I had to park my car cross the street. The level of cleanliness was almost zero you can see stains all over the desks and tables

Good hotel with a great staff & breakfast.
This is a great hotel despite its location in the St. Roch area. The area is bad with littered streets and a large tweaked out local homeless population. It is also very close to the touristic area which is great!
