The front desk staff both Alex and Maria went over and above several times to help us in very helpful ways. Getting bus schedules, and directions to and from the hotel, convenient walkable eating ideas, and were readily available and so very pleasant each time we spoke. They demonstrated excellent customer service in every single we spoke. They represented Best Western in the highest way possible. We had a wonderful experience in Quebec City due to both Alex and Maria’s knowledge and assistance. Thank you.

Lovely hotel, and very helpful member of staff at check in, disappointed the restaurant was closed on the day we arrived (Monday) after a 5 hour drive it would have been nice not to have got back in the car to find somewhere to eat, also there's major road works going on all around the hotel which isn't there fault and I appreciate that but a bit annoying to be woken up at 7.30 am by diggers....lovely hotel though and lots of plus points....

Very quiet, very easy to reach, fantastic promotion of RTC (bus) with useful bus passes to see the city and not have to worry about parking. Some excellent restaurants nearby (walkable).

La chambre que j’ai eu était proche des cuisines donc très bruyante, la ventilation des cuisines à l’extérieur s’entendait dans la chambre. Heureusement que des boules quies étaient disponibles dans la chambre car j’en ai eu besoin. Le lit aussi fait des bruits dès que l’on bouge. C’est une bonne hôtel, propre, personnel agréable. Je n’ai juste pas eu une bonne chambre et comme c’était pour un anniversaire passée un week end reposant à Québec. L’expérience n’est pas au rendez-vous.

The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The breakfast in the restaurant was heavenly. The hotel is next to an active construction site. The furniture in the lobby was stained and scorched.

Great hotel!
Very very nice hotel. Only had a minor issue in that the lighting was poor in the bathroom because of a burned out light bulb. Also, be advised that there is road construction outside of the hotel.

The hotel was great to stay. Clean & comfortable bed and pillows, tidy bathroom with strong water flow in the shower and corteous staff in the reception desk. The surrounding area has a lot of detours coz of road constructions. Food is expensive in the restaurant ranging from $50+ for a simple meal.

Very nice hotel, much more upscale than the usual BW. Bathroom was chic and modern, with walk-in shower and nice bath products. Love the wood (wood look?) floors throughout. We had a dog so could not eat in at the terrific restaurant, but got take out from them and it was great. There is a major construction project next door, but we were there on a weekend so no one was working.
