This hotel was okay. If you're just looking for something around the Quebec City area to get around, it's fine. But it isn't anything special. While I was fine with the beds, my boyfriend found them way too firm and so they caused a stiff back and lack of sleep. The shower was a bit strange with the metal shower plate where the handle turns being installed upside down, but that was fine, it still works, I was just confused the first time I saw it. The rooms are clean enough, no issue there. There's no microwaves in the rooms, so if you need to microwave something you'll have to go to the lobby to do so. All in all pretty average.

Dans l'application de hôtels.com vous suggerer de faire notre check in en ligne. Quand on fait notre check in et qu'on finalise le check in , il ne reste qu'a aller chercher nos clefs a la réception mais cela n'est PAS VRAI car la réception nous redemande notre carte de crédit et nous prend 200$ en garantie, s'est tres décevant surtout que je reviens a chaque année a cette hotel et se n'est pas charger habituellement. Je vais surement aller voir ailleur dans le futur!
