My toilet was clogged, no phone to call the front desk. When I called from my cell phone I was told to go to the front desk to get a plunger to unclog my own toilet. I worked in the hospitality industry for 22years and never did I imagine a hotel would ask the customer to be the plumber. I am appalled!!!Speechless!!!!

Super clean, super easy to check in, very close to highways so very efficient, and comfortable king bed as the cherry on top. Really enjoyed this hotel for a quick business stay in Quebec City. Will come back for sure!
