The place was well located. It was a little outdated and 2 of the pillows did not seem to have been changed. The breakfast was included which was nice and the price was not bad.

Room was old and shabby Floors were worn and dirty Bathtub had pubic hair in it Comforter was stained and obviously not recently washed and also was chewed on the edge Was charged an extra $45.00 for my dog and told they had to also upgrade the room even though we booked a pet friendly room Staff was surly and said I would be charged an extra $100.00 if any pet hair found on furniture or bed This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I would like a complete refund and an apology in writing If I hadn’t just driven 1000km and been so tired and sore I would have slept in my truck

Needs improvement
Stayed for two days, no maid service, no clean towels, no shampoo in room. Disappointing for what you pay to stay. Back door open all evening, no security. No key required to go in a side door.

there were a few good things and bad things about this location: 1) "pet friendly" usually means walking your dog through the front door isn't a problem 2) there is no mention of all those traveling w/ a pet must be on the bottom floor (and that costs more). 3) the room was okay - but remote to TV wasn't working to change the channel but it did try & change the aspect ratio, the sitting desk chair seen better days (leather backing was cracked/peeling), Staff was okay overall--felt a bit odd about the pet walking through the front area was a huge "no no". The breakfast was decent and lots of selection.
