The staff were very kind and helpful, which was a positive part of our stay. However, we were disappointed with a few issues. The hot tub was cold and quite dirty, and the pool was not heated and was very cold as well. In the room, we noticed some maintenance problems: the shower had very low water pressure, the baseboard near the closet kept coming loose, and the fridge was unplugged when we arrived. That said, the price was reasonable for the time of year, which partially made up for the experience.

The wallpaper in the rooms were coming off. The shower hand faucet wouldn’t stay in one spot, room was warm. No major issues. Breakfast was over crowded and limited options. They were always out of certain foods.
