Lots of potential, but not great
The good:
Nice hotel and generally clean with courteous staff. Pool and gym were nice, although pool had a lot of chlorine.
Our room was spacious and had high crilings and lots of windows. My daughter and her best friend took the bedroom and shated a king bed which they said was very comfortable.
The bad:
We arrived to find a garbage bag left outside the room by the door. It was removed a few hours later. I wasnt a fan of of the washroom being in the bedroom as i kept disturbing my daughter and her friend everytime i had to get in the washroom.
The A/C stopped working one of yhe days and into the night. The room became very hot and all of our sleeps suffered. The problem was resolved thd next day.
Room service comes every 2 days and the second time they came, it was 10am and my daughter and her fruend were still asleep after a busy day and long night. I asked him to come back later as we were out of towels and garbages were full but didnt want to disturb the kids. We went out all day into the night and arrived back to the room to find that nobody came to repkace toweks or empty the garbages. That was annoying.
A few tweaks and it wouldve been a much better experience.
Location was good with restaurants nearby and easy access to the hwy
