Hotel room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and courteous. Location was central and walkable to all the places we wanted to go. Lots of eating options around the area. Despite the many elevators, we tried to avoid elevator around 9am and 9pm at nigh as the wait can be long (people leaving or coming back to hotel). I wish they extend the pool closing time from 8pm to 10pm in the summer !!! It was so hot and humid when we were there.

Good location to Old Quebec with amenities you want in a hotel. Lots of families with kids for the pool and you are looking die slow and quiet this is not it. They did have the hot water turned off for a full day and did not give any discount for the inconvenience. Had to take a cold water with zero pressure. Wi-fi was out one night too.

If you have a hard time sleeping

The hotel is very nice but we got a second floor room, delivery at 6am that woke us up, my kids could not go back to sleep. Try to get a higher floor room if you are sensitive to sleep.
