Staffs are good 👍, house keeping just ok, missing body wash in both rooms and kleenex. Although paid for upgraded view, parliament view non existence due to super dirty window covered by dirt after winter I guess. Fridge was also dirty inside.

Je pense que le tout est overraté. Tout était propre et correct mais sans plus. La chambre a encore des tapis et le déjeuner coûte 36$ de plus alors qu’une nuit a coûté 495$ ce qui est ridicule. En plus, que j’ai dû stationner dans un stationnement public beaucoup plus loin car il n’y avait pas assez de stationnement sous l’hôtel. L’expérience ne vaut pas 495$

Great place to stay, convenient to the old and the new city. We paid extra for a River view room and the window was so dirty that we couldn’t see out the window. Staff was friendly. Very clean hotel.
