Great location next to the Quebec Parliament building, recently renovated rooms, and within walking distance to Old Quebec City.
On the downside, some of the staff were below expectations, customer service didn’t seem to be a priority. I was given incorrect information about parking. I recommend avoiding the valet service, as the experience felt aggressive and unwelcoming. Instead, park at the self-parking lot on Saint-Joachim Street (Gesparc), find the elevators to the 4th floor (Hilton level), and it’ll take you directly to the lobby.
As a Hilton Honors member, I was disappointed that I had to request my benefits, they weren’t acknowledged proactively. I also received digital access after checking in and being handed two physical room cards, apparently because I booked through Expedia. That’s likely more of a Hilton policy issue than this hotel’s fault, but it still affected my experience.
Ultimately, I won’t be returning to this hotel. With better management, it could be a great place, but as it stands, it fell short of expectations.
