Nous avons presque tout aimé; vue de la chambre sur le fleuve magnifique, grande salle de jeux et arcades (avec billard, ping-pong, baby-foot), piscine extérieure chauffée, bien situé dans la ville (parfait pour visiter), jeux de chasse aux lutins pour les enfants et le menu du restaurant buffet du déjeuner. Les seuls points négatifs relevés sont en lien avec l’espace restreint des chambres et le menu du restaurant du soir (cher pour le rendu et peu de choix). Nous y retournerons certainement.

On adore cet hôtel avec les enfants. La chasse aux lutins organisée par l’hôtel durant les Fêtes a été un highlight pour nos cocos! La piscine extérieure chauffée est aussi un coup de cœur pour nous. Le resto de l’hôtel est très bien et tout le staff est très gentil, nous recommandons pour une petite escapade dans le Vieux Qc!

We chose Hilton partially for parking but upon arrival were forced to valet park because they said our vehicle was too big (standard truck). So immediately price went up. Check-in person was somewhat dismissive and rude when I asked questions. Property is nice, clean and safe. Pool was unique (indoor/outdoor) even in winter.

Fast service especially during New Year's Eve. Coffee and hot chocolate plus food was very good. Staff service was normal to good. Valet service tried hard to work well and I believe they did a good job for the short space available on front of the hotel. Still I think this last could be improve.

No parking accommodations for vehicles with a ski/snowboard roof rack storage... had to park behind the delta hotel self parking... looked like the valley guy was picking and choosing who can leave thier oversize vehicle in front of the hotel... probably the one with the biggest cash offer
