The overall stay experience was good. Rooms were clean. The bed was comfy. It didn’t meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. I’ve stayed in Radisson Blu in the past which was 4-star and if I compare both, there are so many shortfalls. The room in Alt was too small. Bathroom was congested. Also breakfast in Radisson was amazing and was included in the room cost but not in Hotel Alt. The staff was polite and helpful. They do speak English. The check in sans check out was fast. Kudos to the staff. Hotel Alt is located near a mall which is like under 300meters. Parking is an issue here. If you plan to visit on a long weekend you’ll need to go for a treasure hunt. They also have an underground parking but the spots are too congested. You’ll become an expert in parking. But overall things were good.

Pour avoir sĂ©journĂ© au Alt Dix30, je trouve que celui de QuĂ©bec n'est pas du mĂȘme niveau. ProblĂ©matique avec l'eau autant pour la douche que pour les robinets. Sois l'eau est gelĂ© sois elle est bouillante. Mais le service Ă  la rĂ©ception par le personnel est excellent.
