The owner is very accommodating and kind. He let me check in 3 hours earlier than scheduled. My only complain was that I think during my stay there was also some renovation going on so it was noisy in the morning. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Thanks

The hotel is perfectly situated next to chateau frotenac, a short walk to the plaines of abraham and a park directly in front. It is was so convenient to walk everywhere. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was small but clean. Would stay there again on our next visit to QC.

We had an amazing stay! The staff went above and beyond for us which we greatly appreciated when we had car troubles and provided fabulous recommendations! The location is perfect to walk to all the sites, shops, and restaurants. Room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely stay again!!!

Terrific place to stay in Old Quebec. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite, which had a separate sitting room large bedroom and adequate bathroom. The wine in the "enomatic" machine worked well at night and allowed us to get wine anytime. Coffee, tea, and juices available 24/7 as well. We had one glitch with one of the two televisions we had, but the fix was simple and could easily be fixed for the next with with a simple nite that the remote turns the television on but not off. One has to get up and touch the button on the lower right of the TV. It's hard to see so don't try to find it with the lights out.

Property is very close to Chateau Frontier, and in walking distance to many shopping and dining areas.Well maintained hotel, cleaning staff is nice, there's massage therapy option - which we can book through front desk. Wish there are more breakfast options to choose from, otherwise - a happy customer.

The location was excellent, close to everything in old Quebec. The room was Ok and bathroom very clean. Unfortunately the place is old and sounds travel and the doors make a tremendous noise opening and closing, for light sleepers this is a problem at night

I hung do not disturb sign on the door, but hotel staff still went in my suite without letting me know. I complained it shouldn't happened and staff said to me what do you want me to do? I told staff if you must enter the room, you should call me I was worried when I found out someone entered my room while I was out even I have do not disturb sign on the door.

Very nice staff, room was clean, charming hotel in a perfect location in Old Quebec. Helpful with walking directions,etc. About a 15 minute walk to the cruise terminal. (Use the funicular!! The stairs will kill you)
