Nice Espresso machine that I was looking forward to enjoying; however, it wasn't working. I mentioned it on checkout as I didn't have time to wait for a replacement. The biggest issue was with the reservation process itself through Expedia. There was a glitch in the reservation process and after providing my payment details, I received a message that there was an issue and the transaction didn't go through, and to try again. So I did. I then received my VISA and found that they had booked me two rooms when I only wanted 1. I called the hotel who told me I had to contact Expedia. Expedia told me it was a nonrefundable room and that I had to reach the hotel. Needless to say, I will NEVER use expedia again. A glitch in THEIR system resulted in me paying for an extra room. I am sure this review will be redacted but I am hopeful, after supplying many positive reviews in the past, they will publish this in its entirety.
