Un séjour agréable

Nous avons aimé notre séjour. L'hôtel est bien situé (devant les plaines d'Abraham, collé sur Grande Allée) et dispose d'une piscine, d'un St-Hubert, d'un stationnement payant et d'un dépanneur. L'hôtel est très grand et on peut s'y perdre un peu. Les employés de l'accueil et du ménage étaient gentils. Notre chambre avait un petit frigo vide, une machine nespresso, un séchoir, etc. La chambre était propre, le lit et la literie confortables. Points négatifs: On entendait beaucoup les voisins de chambre en haut comme sur les côtés. Il était vraiment compliqué de se connecter au wi-fi.

We visited Québec during Carnaval, and this was the perfect hotel for our stay. Met or exceeded expectations in every way, and so conveniently located adjacent to the Carnaval sites. We will definitely be back, and not just for Carnaval!

We loved how helpful the staff was here! We never felt rushed while standing at the reception desk asking questions. We needed help working the wine bar/self pour and Ibrahim was more than willing to walk over, open the machine and reset the bottle reader. They even helped us decide on dinner and booked our reservations. Rooms were clean, plenty of hot shower water, and the large Finnish Sauna was lovely. Beds were a little hard for our taste, but to each their own!

Déception

Le système d’air dans la chambre 403 était très fort. L’air arrivait directement sur le lit. Pas moyen de l’ajuster ni l’éteindre. Appel à la réception, elle me dit qu’elle envoi un technicien à l’instant et personne n’est venu. D’autres personnes avant nous avaient aussi installées des serviettes pour réduire. Mal dormi et mal à la gorges le lendemain. En quittant, je le mentionne à la réception, mais aucune compassion!
