Bedside table was broken and was laying on floor. Asked receptionist to fix and they said there’s no one to fix until next day. But nobody came to fix until checkout. Space was congested, hotel smell bad like pee in some spots. Heating n cooling system wasn’t working.

Everything was good and clean, staff was friendly, room was clean and tidy. The small sink on the counter was clogged and water wasn't going through but besides that Everything was very good. I would go back again.

One fact heavily impacted my staying. In my floor the housekeepers were being so noisy making the walls shake. We couldn´t take a nap because they were cleaning the rooms next to ours and what they were doing was like they were slamming doors or dropping heavy stuff, over and over. This was making the walls shake/vibrate and we couldn´t sleep because of that. I went outside the room and talked to one of the maids about it, but I didn´t work, so I called the reception and made a complaint that actually worked, but on the next day the same situation happened and this time we didn´t try to call the reception because we felt discouraged.
