Overall pretty good but rooms were very hot in the winter. We asked to turn on the AC but they had them disabled and opening the windows was not cooling the room enough. Also charging for a baby crib is quite disappointing since most hotels do this complimentary.

Bien situé pour nos besoins. Stationnement accessible directement à l`arrivée, même avant check in! (aussi parce que beaucoup de congestion de véhicules devant l'entrée de l'hotel!) Aussi, comme mentionné à la réception, nous avons vu -et écrasé- 2 coccinelles asiatiques dans notre chambre. Ce n'était pas si grave pour nous, mais il faudrait vérifier si elles ont une cachette quelque part... Personnel avenant, bon service.

Quebec City has two draws: shopping and Old Quebec City(Vieux Port). This hotel is across the street from shopping, but it is a 30 min bus ride from Vieux Port. Buses are crowded. The elevators in this hotel are small. Our room was very small. The max height for the garage is 5’10”; Your SUV will not fit. Cars on surface lots have been stolen in this area. Don’t stay here if you’re visiting Old Quebec City with a large family or group. It’s a rough stay for a family. Choose Hotel Classique for a cheap, no frills stay across from a Marshalls for you and your partner. Be sure to bring low expectations and a smaller car.
