A nice stay!
Although we only stayed one night, it was a great stay. Room is quaint and clean. Enjoyed the complimentary hot beverages and breakfast. The front desk staff provided a map for our self guided walking tour. We were comfortable and happy.

Really nice hotel. Spacious rooms and lovely staff. This is not walkable to the older part of Quebec City. It’s a t0-15 minute drive so be prepared for that. The breakfast is included and I only had one tiny criticism and that was please don’t peel the hard boiled eggs. Guests can do that themselves. It’s fresher snd more sanitary. Otherwise we had a great stay there. Would recommend as long as you have a car to get you into the older quarter.

Was not pleased bc the room was more expensive through hotels.com than purchasing right at the hotel. Also we stayed 4 nights and they never came to clean our rooms (we would go to the front to ask for new towels). Worst of all was that there was a huge pillar in the middle of the room which made watching tv impossible from one of the beds.

I liked the free parking, and also the great staff in dealing with our situation where the hotel had no water for the better part of Saturday the 14th. I did not like that we had to have a Taxi every time we wanted to go into the old town for Christmas festivities, because there was very little parking in town.
