Wow, what an amazing experience! This hotel exceeded every expectation from the moment I arrived. I received exceptional service from the staff; the room was clean, comfortable and stylish; and the location can’t be beat. I wish I had more time to enjoy the lounge, which has coffee and wine machines and various games to help relax and have fun. I highly recommend this hotel.

You are at the doorsteps of Château Frontenac. The room with a Murphy bed was very functional and the beds were clean and comfortable. However, more attention needs to be paid to dusting off all surfaces. Including the window seals and behind furniture. I had an allergy attack for about 15 minutes as soon as I entered the room. the bathroom could also have been cleaner/fresher. The breakfast options were poor and some products looked and smelled expired. I would not take breakfast there again unless major changes in quality control happen. The espresso machine was great. The staff at the check in desk was wonderful and helpful.

Pictures of the room booked did not match the room we got. Either they are not specific photos (e.g. "a bathroom" of some room but not the one of that room), or we are given any room accimmidating the number of people but not the precise one we picked. It is annoying when we do spend time comparing details between hotels and between rooms, to realize after that photos were just what we "might" get.

Our stay was great. The location is beautiful in old Québec. Walking distance to the Chateu Frontenac and le petit Champlain street. Staff was courteous, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Would definitely return.

We loved our stay here! Firstly, the location was amazing, just next to the chataeu so we were in the thick of everything whilst feeling safe and quiet. All the staff were great. The room was spacious and well equipped and roof terrace and spa were excellent additions. We also liked the wine vending machine! A perfect stay in beautiful Quebec!
