Great hotel in the heart of old Quebec City. We rented a room with a bathroom in the room, very cozy. The staff is very attentive, they gave us a list of restaurants where you can get a discount if you show the room key. Also a beautiful rooftop terrace, we were unlucky with the weather. There is a spa, hot tab, breakfast, also parking, they gave us the address (the price was $ 24 per day, very close), check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 11 am, but they have the ability to leave your luggage in storage, which was very convenient. Very comfortable bed, lots of pillows, there is a coffee machine, a large refrigerator, a hair dryer, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Thank you for your hospitality, definitely the perfect combination of price and quality.

Our 4 night stay was quite enjoyable. All the attractions are within a short walking distance to the hotel, and the hotel itself is a beautiful building! The room was cozy and the furnitures (the extra pull-down bed, kitchenette & coffee tables) function well for a relaxing stay. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to have housekeeping service. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Quebec City next time.

After cruise stay.
Located next to a park with a lovely view of the Saint Lawrence River. Back entrance for easy entrance for guests with a room key. Front entrance steps may be difficult for handicapped. Close to the Citadelle and local restaurants. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. A bit tight by the foot of the bed.
