Hotel Manoir Victoria made my stay in Old Quebec City absolutely memorable. From the moment I walked in, the hotel smelled amazing. At check-in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The older gentleman at the front desk was very informative and recommended dining at the hotel restaurant an excellent suggestion, as the food was outstanding! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I can’t stop talking about the heated bathroom floors such a wonderful touch that made my stay extra cozy. The bed was perfectly made, and I slept like a baby. I give my stay a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning to Hotel Manoir on my next visit!

The room was very spacious and a large bathroom with heated floors. My only complaint was that the in room ac did not work so we had to sleep with windows open which wasn’t bad at all.

The hotel is beautiful and a great location. Housekeeping was a disappointment as we left the room for most of the day and housekeeping did not attend to our room. We had to ask the front desk to send housekeeping up to our room and they only refilled our coffee and gave us fresh towels. They did not make our bed. Disappointed considering this is a 4 star hotel.

Ideal location. Place was clean. Room wasn't ready so they gave us an upgrade. Two negatives are that the room was too warm even with the thermostat at lowest setting and the TV was way too small for the distance to the bed.

If you want to go there to relax in at the so called "health centre"... don't. It just like any other hotel pool that looks cozier but is accessible to children so it turns into a sunmer camp in no time...

Hotel room excellent and service excellent. The main entrance does have a lot of steps but was very impressed with porters who collected luggage to/from main entrance and room. Also very pleased with the help given to my wife who has some mobility issues. She was shown to the lift via car park to avoid steps.

Was located near many shops, restaurants, etc. One thing they did not tell you is the steep stairs to get to the check in desk. Beware help not always available. Rooms very nice and restaurant in hotel exceptional!!

I loved the heated bathroom floor!! This is an ideal location to stay at to walk from. I just wish we had an option between air conditioner and intense heat. We needed a fan or something for circulation.
