The hotel is in need of much repair and cleaning. Room had a broken lampshade with hanging wires ... why not just repair it ? Room in desperate need of painting . 2nd floor hallway was filthy and full of cobwebs . Not sure how this Hôtel scored the cleanliness rating they scored 🤔

The owner of the property was a good listener and tried to understand and solve the issues. Much professional than front staffs. There was smoking smell on the hallways but not in room. With small kids its not safe. A place okay for adults but will not prefer for families with small kids.

The room is very clean. Fridge is cold enough so the ice cream in the freezer still stays solid. Only the air condition is quite noisy. Overall, everything is great!

A la premiere chambre la cle ne fonctionnais pas nous avons demander de changer de chambre pour etre aussi proche de la piscines car si non nous aurions du traverser le boulevard wilfred hamel qui est un tres grand boulevard Hotel tres veillot mais avec avec des lits tres confortable Chose surprenante il y avait laveuse secheuse da la chambre Ah oui la piscine auvre juste a 13h00 jusqua 21h00

The room itself was dated and the maintenance was inadequate, but it was clean. The worst part were the other guests, who were smoking in front of their rooms all the time, despite the signs prohibiting any smoking. Closing the windows helped only a little bit, the smoke was getting into our room around the front door anyways. In the middle of the night, our next door guest turned on his tv extremely loud, and so did his next door guest. We tried to call the receptionist but nobody answered. So we had to tell them to turn it down otherwise we would call the police. Later on they left and came back at around 4am, again being loud and smoking pot. We addressed all these issues with the hotel owner in the morning, but if they took any action, that is unclear because we left the same day.
