This will probably be a great place in the near future. Unfortunately there was construction going on and my room was rather dusty from drywall and the smell of fresh construction was overpowering to the point that i spent some of the night awake ventilating (the river was nice at least). I really needed sleep but at 7:30am hammering and drilling or grinding was so loud that my bed was vibrating from whatever was going on in the next room. The river trail was nice.

They are currently doing renovations, so there are unfinished construction items visible everywhere in guest areas. The room was newly renovated and beautifully done, however the halls and elevator were still padded for construction with dust around.
