Perfect staying for families.
This was a part of a longer trip in Canada. The location was great as it offered shopping, parks, and restaurants all within walking distance. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast that was included in our staying and the service we received from the staff was always great.

Took 25 minutes to check-in. Only one person at the counter checking guests in. He was on his cellphone most of the time. Poor appearance of the person working the desk and no customer service, no hospitality. I called the reception to ask about the gym and the rep. did not know what I was asking. Couldn't speak English properly and asked me to wait till his boss came in.

Déjeuner pourrait bénéficier d’être un peu plus complet, manque de serviettes à la piscine (2 fois sur 3 baignades) et le staff semble manquer un peu d’expérience. Sinon les enfants n’y ont vu que du feu. Piscine avec glissade et jeux d’eau l’hôtel est lié à un centre d’amusement pour enfants.
