Beware that there is an overwhelming odour of chlorine throughout the property especially in rooms near or exposed to the pool. If you are sensitive to this, stay away. Like other reviews, the noise level is extreme until 11pm and starts up again at 9am at or near any pool area room. If you don’t accept this noise window, stay away. Check in was at 5pm which is very inconvenient for travellers trying to get settled in to visit Quebec City. This late check in does not guarantee an impeccably clean room because they are not. They are dated and in need of renovation especially at their price point. If you want a party vibe with lower standards and don’t care about much then you will be fine here. If you are adults on vacation that want a good bed and nice place to stay, move on and find somewhere else to stay. If you book here, then your expectations should be realistic and read the reviews. Noisy, dated, stinks of pool chemicals beyond a reasonable (safe) level.

This hotel was fine but nothing “special.” The decor in the rooms was outdated and a little bit “creepy” - just not my style - although it’s easy to look past that of course. The bed was comfortable and the hotel had everything I needed. It worked well for an overnight stay on a long road trip. The parking was the difficult as it was limited.

The property is nice we liked our room with the balcony over looking the pool area.the pool itself was nice warm and the hot tub the only thing which I think should be looked at is the the tile that gets really wet and very very slippery could be updated to something more none slippery.Other than that I rate this place as good but also can be excellent

Tropical Wonderful

The decor is amazing. The staff are polite. The rooms are clean and the food is good and they have live music. I always choose a room with a view of the plants and shrubs and a little balcony seating area. The down side is that the pool area gets very noisy.
