Great breakfast buffet. Room was not ready until 4:30 when we tried checked in at 4 pm. Could not cancel 3rd night we had reserved. Not sure if hotel or Expedia was to blame. Bathroom was very small, and toilet made 10-12 noisy pumping noises to refill after each flushing.

Ok, sums it up. Nothing bad. But nothing amazing. No towels in the pool area, lots of grime on the pool walls. Rooms were small, but fine considering we were out all day. Would have been nice to have water available in the lobby like most hotels have now - given it was very, very hot days. Our room had steps (no elevators), weird set up for luggage or if we had some with mobility issues. Lots of food nearby which was nice

Very convenient, close to highway. About 20 minutes to old Québec. Breakfast was ok, it was convenient to be able to eat on site. Staff was excellent, very courteous and helpful. Would stay again. Endroit près de l'autoroute et à environ 20 minutes du Vieux Québec. Déjeuner ok, rien de spectaculaire. C'était bien de pouvoir déjeuner sur place. Les employés sont très courtois.

No restaurant available. Just complimentary breakfast. The second morning the plate were not refilled quickly and people could not get much for breakfast. The hotel is nice and clean. Parking is free. Near Place Laurier shopping mall. About 15 min drive to downtown Quebec which is pretty good. Personnel are very friendly. The lobby is also very nice. Seems to be a busy spot for bus tourism. 3 buses arrived during our stay. But overall very nice. The inside pool looks a very small.

Very pleased with our stay

We stayed for the weekend and found it a very good choice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and water pressure was great! Breakfast was excellent and so was the service at the front desk. Would definitely stay again. About a 15 minute drive to Old Quebec and plenty of food and shopping choices in the area.

Presentable, clean and comfy .. with minor kinks

Comfortable stay and clean. Food options needs meats and cheeses other than sausage and cream cheese and replenishing faster during breakfast. The WiFi would work on mobile devices .. but eventhough this stay was one of many during the vacation and we had no issues connecting our laptop to WiFi of other destinations, it was tricky as the network would not show up on the list, and there was no one available to help reception fix the issue .. the clerk was pushing on the idea that our laptop had a problem when it wasn't. She finally said she will call someone .. I went back to the room, and attempted again .. then the network showed up on the WiFi list without any extra steps from us. After this, the connection was consistent all through the 4-day stay.
