Great place to stay! We stayed for two days. Excellent location only 8-10 mins from old Quebec City and very close to main highway. 2 mins from big mall. Property is clean and staff is very professional and polite. This was our 2nd time stay in 12 months and found great place to stay and definitely will come back. Rates are very competitive, should say better than lot of other hotels in the area.

This property did not have a restaurant on site as advertised and there wasn't anything close by. The staff wasn't friendly at all and you had to PAY for coffee in the lobby - how unfriendly.

Great hotel
This hotel surprised me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was decent sized and very clean. There were lots of nice touches, such as reading lights by the bed, which was very comfy. Location was great for getting around the city and there was plenty nearby for shopping and eating. And all for an affordable price. Thank you!

Took a hour to get my room when it was stated that check in started at 4. Waited a hour in the lobby and I was in a hurry because I had some business to attend to but couldn’t be checked in because I didn't have a room. A lot of people showed up before and after me and got checked in. I had a single bedroom. The staff were very kind and patient.

Be careful when you stay in the room 442, it is infested with bug beds and when we reported it to the staff they didn’t do anything. Two nights of nightmares due to this infestation.

The hotel is very good located, clen, and comfortable. The only problem was theroom service. They didn't make the bed, left dirty towels near the tv set, didn't clean the room.

Location was easy to find and appreciated overall cleanliness of the stay. I left something behind and the staff were helpful to keep it for me until I’m back to the city, they even offered to ship it to me. I’ll consider to stay at this hotel again next time.
