From the so-so, somewhat cold check-in… to the mediocre room, a grand total of 4 pillows for a 5 person occupancy room (which was mentioned, and when I asked for another pillow I was answered with a little attitude letting me know hotel was at full capacity… a Wednesday? Really? Ok maybe, but still!) To unable to order room service to the room or even a card… cash only! And honestly the pool area, although very pretty on pictures kinda freaked me out… some rooms had balcony view to the pool… people would sit on their balcony to look at the pool area… it was just weird! The beds were uncomfortable, no outside door was ever locked ( anyone could walk in) and there were no latches on doors in rooms. First and only time at this hotel

The parking area was very spacious. Their restaurant option within the facility was the best I've ever been to. Staff at check-in were professional and welcoming. The overall ambiance when walk into the lobby already has a good feel. Our only issue were the pillows in our room, they only give one pillow on each side, and they are not the best quality so when you're sleeping there is no support for your head and it just feels like you are sleeping on a flat surface. My wife and I tossed and turned all night because of how uncomfortable we were. Also, I understand that it's a 3 star hotel, but welcoming your guest with at least a bottle of water or two in their rooms would add a nice touch to their service as well. We ended up paying close to 20 dollars, just for three bottles water at the Bar in the lobby. Despite all of this, I would say that our stay there was overall enjoyable because of that lovely restaurant they have within the hotel, and we were close to the mega shopping mall and other amenities.

We will be back - no hesitation.

Hotel seemed very busy but we had a seamless experience. Staff were wonderful. Everything was very clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool and hot tub (fyi: shallow end isn’t super shallow and might be a consideration for families with small children). Pool was HUGE and even though there were many guests attending the pool, it did not feel cramped. They even had a lifeguard. Rooms were very spacious. We stayed with a queen and pull out for 4 guests. They had our pull out turned down for us which was a wonderful touch. Linens were clean and fresh. Towels felt new and lovely. Our French is limited. All staff were bilingual (French and English). We will 100% be back!
