This was such a quaint place to stay. On Christmas, we came back to our room and they had left us Chocolates and a Christmas card. Great location. It was fairly quiet. There were a few nights when our room would shake from the people above us. Kinda felt like someone was stomping above us at 3am. Other than that, it was really nice.

Lovely stay at the Ste-Anne over Christmas. Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. My only criticism would be a lack of storage: closet was small so we ended up hanging our bulky winter coats on the curtain rods! Bathroom was large and there was plenty of very hot water but, again, no storage. These are minor concerns and did not impact our overall impression that this is a well run establishment with wonderful staff and in a superb location. Had the restaurant not been on winter break, it would have been even better.

I stayed for 5 days and found the room very clean and the bed very comfortable! The staff there are helpful & very friendly, would definitely stay there again and the locale is perfect for anyone looking to be within walking distance of many locales in Old Quebec.

Cozy, Central hotel
Very convenient for the Christmas Market, as the hotel is right on the same street. No parking associated with the hotel, but many public garages nearby. Not sure the on-site restaurant/bar is functional, but La Buchette next door was lovely. The room was overall comfortable, though bathroom and area closest to the windows stayed chillier than the area near the door, despite a separate radiant heater (it was close to zero degrees Fahrenheit outside during our late December stay). Shower was very hot. In-room espresso maker was much appreciated.

Excellent hotel. You can walk everywhere from the hotel. Also is in front of Christmas market. The staff is really nice and helpful. We park the car in the hotel villa underground parking and walk to the hotel after left the luggage in the hotel. Really easy to find and is 24 hrs open. For the breakfast you have several choices near from the hotel.
