Très bel emplacement! Le restaurant et le bar de l’hôtel étaient vraiment sympathique Cependant; l’enregistrement fut d’une longueur assez inhabituelle. J’ai dû attendre près de 40 minutes. J’ai bien aimé la chambre avec les pierres naturelles mais le matelas était vraiment trop dure; très peu confortable.

The perfect stay in Old Town
Amazing gem of a property. The hotel is on an old charming pedestrian street and close to everything in Old Quebec. The room was perfectly laid out and our view of the Chateau Frontenac was just perfect. Loved this spot.

The location could not be beat! Room was clean and spacious. Should be noted before reserving that there isn't anyone at the front desk from 11pm-7am,,,found out at check in when they gave me a code for the front door. Also, they do not leave you any water, nor do they let you know where you can buy some for your stay. TV only worked if pointed at box on top of high closet out of sight. Phone did not work

The hotel itself was lovely and employees were very informative and helpful. The only thing I did not like about staying here is that there was no parking. I had to park down the street about 15 minute walk and carry all my luggage to and from the hotel. It’s not a dealbreaker. I just wished I had known ahead of time.

It was a nice hotel, in a great location, friendly bar but small room and hotel didn' t have room heating system on yet. It was very expensive, over priced for room size and features.

The only complaints I have is that the windows do not open, and there is not a lot of counter room for the bathroom. Other than that it was a great spot!
