Je séjourne assez souvent au Sepia par affaires. Toujours un excellent service, rapide pour le check-in. Mélissa s'est occupée de moi hier, excellent service, souriante et efficace. L'accès est facile, le stationnement grand. L'hôtel est un peu loin du centre-ville ou des restaurants, mais c'est très facilement accessible en voiture ou en vélo. Les chambres sont spacieuses et sans tapis.

Liked the comfy beds and pillows and Nespresso coffee. Did not like the surroundings: cannot really go for a walk around the neighborhood because of a lot of construction.

The room i got was not even clean properly. Bathroom tub was clogged. Towels were not clean even. There was hair on it and one of the towel had red spot on it. I mean this was the terrible place i ever stayed which clearly shows that how careless their staff is with cleaning , which is completely unacceptable. I even took the video and picture of it.

Our room had a strong moldy smell and there was a puddle of water by the shower. The sink had a crack on the surface. Super narrow corridor. Road construction in the area.
