Clean, pleasant staff, comfortable bed. My only complaint was that my FREE bus pass was to be from 27 Sept.- 4 Oct. as told to me by a staff member. We got on a bus heading out and return and had to pay $16.00 for which we were not reimbursed. On the phone later in the day I was told the pass was only good for 3 days.

Great hotel, was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go, only about 15 minutes from Old Quebec. The Espresso machine and breakfast were a nice touch. The room was comfortable and staff were friendly
