Overall cleanness is good. Staff is friendly. Room is a little tiny, but good enough for travel stay. Close by environment is quiet. Traffic is good close to old Quebec City. There is an extra fee on top of normal pet stay fee which is not clearly stated in expedia’s description.

We had a flight cancellation and the hotel was very accommodating and welcoming. Desk staff was very friendly. Morning breakfast was great as well as the staff that oversees that area. Room was very nice. Welcoming, clean and spacious. Would highly recommend this motel.

Great place to spend a few nights at! Rooms and beds were comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, the staff were friendly, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. We would definitely stay again for a return trip!

I was charged a $15 "room change fee" at check in, on top of the $25 pet fee, because the room the receptionist first assigned me wasn't pet friendly. When I pointed out that he could have asked me before assigning it, he responded that it wasn't his problem. It's true, but you kind of expect at least SOME politeness, right? Other than that, meh. Flooring is noisy and worn; the rooms are clean but the hallways aren't. I'd choose a different place next time.
