Nous avons réservé une nuitée en famille pour se retrouver et souligner mon anniversaire ainsi que celui de mon garçon. J'ai été bien reçu a l'arriver. Une chambre avec vue sur le jardin un balcon c'était très beau. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir les jeux d'eau la piscine et le spectacle le soir. Le point négatif était la douche le jet d'eau était tellement faible que nous avions de la difficulté à nous rinser. La chambre manquait d'entretien certaines choses était abîmer il avait de la saleter ou le lit ainsi de la nourriture et un bas dire que nous avons dormi dans ça.. L'accueil à été informer et on nous à simplement dit qu'on aurait un retour. Nous avons déjeuné au buffet le matin le service était très ordinaire nous avions une tasse de café sur la table et le serveur à pris les tasses sur la table à côté qui ne semblait pas être utiliser mais qui était au travers de leurs vaiselles utiliser qui appartenait à la famille qui venait de quitter. Qui sait les gens on peut être étternué dessus ou toucher ca ne se fait pas. Nous venons de l'extérieur j'ai de la famille à Québec et Montréal c'est ma deuxième expérience la première il a moin de deux ans Nous avions réservé toute la famille au plaza et nous avions eu un service terrible de retour après 2 ans dans un jaro et le service n'a pas changé très déçu. Nous pouvons facilement trouver meilleur prix et qualité ailleurs

My negative should not reflect the hotel and staff. A lot of construction around and it surely affects the surrounding as how to get to the hotel. It is a temporary situation.

The hotel staff were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. The cleaning staff did a super job cleaning and replacing things we needed. The coffee maker was quirky and sometimes didn’t work and the fridge stopped working, defrosted and left our food soaking wet. There was construction on the road in front of the hotel, so accessing the hotel was through the neighborhoods behind and this changed daily as the construction progressed. It was rather inconvenient.
