Staff were excellent, answered all my questions. The pool amd restaurant were nice. Our room was at the end of the hotel, so hot water tooke awhile to come through the taps. Staff helped resolve this.

Not a problem caused by the hotel but heavy rebuild of main roadway beside hotel made it difficult to access and leave the hotel. Was not mentioned on Google maps or by the hotel website. Would stay there again however, lovely hotel and friendly staff, very up to date even though an older hotel.

TBH, the facility is a bit dated, but the staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Kids enjoy taking a dip in the pool and run in and out of the indoor and outdoor playgrounds. Overall, a good experience and will recommend to others.

The staff were extremely friendly, the service was fantastic, and the entertainment was well organized and fun, with lots of different options. The only downside was the condition of some of the furniture — the office chair seat was quite dirty, and the arm of the sofa was peeling. For the price, and especially for sanitary reasons, these should really be updated. Overall, my family and I truly enjoyed our experience.

Beautiful room. Was a nice pool/hot tub area. I can see kids loving it. Breakfast was not included so there wasn’t any coffee for my early bird husband so he ventured out for a walk and found some about a 5 min walk away.

This is a family friendly facility. My kids were a bit old for the activities but we didn’t really realize that until we were there (would have been great for the 4-8 year old crowd). Pool was crowded and a bit like swimming in people soup. Room was a nice size. Close to the highway with lots of parking makes for a reasonable destination.
