Won’t go again

Booked a room with our teenagers and for that reason, we asked for a separate room for us and 2 beds for the kids. Beds were ok but the room was in the basement where we could smell the drain from the shower. View was horrible from both windows. Probably a great place for family with small kids but not with teenagers. We didn’t go to the pool cause it was packed with kids and the color of the water was questionable for us.

Major road construction made it difficult to get to the hotel Very noisy at times as there are a lot of children at the hotel. A very much a family hotel, my 2 grand daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Suite was very humid, low ceilings, with no possibility to open windows. Felt like a basement unit. Rust on the window frames. Room has a foul smell ; they would not allow us to change rooms. They should not sell this room to paying customers.

This hotel definitely caters to families with young children. My five-year-old and seven-year-old sons loved everything about this hotel. They were able to play on the seven-storey indoor playground beginning at 8 a.m. There were inflatable jumpy castles outside. The pool (open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays) was so warm so we could all get in right away. Old Quebec and Plains of Abraham were about a 20-minute drive away. There's also a huge mall that is less than 10 minutes away. The boys loved the balloon animals and night-time magic show. Would highly recommend for families!

Elevator was out of commission, construction limited our entrance, air conditioning was not working in multiple locations (arcades, pool area, children structure) and there was absolutely no room cleaning service during our 4 night stay. Our garbages were overflowing and we had to wait 10 hrs for fresh towels after calling for them at room service. There was also an extra fee after the Expedia booking price and there was no free breakfast.
