Super last minute as I was at friends that were 3km away and the evening turned a little late for me to return to Montreal, booked on my friend’s recommendation and was perfect. Breakfast was great. At the time I checked in which was late there was no more room service but saw some folks had Uber eats delivered. So not bad.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’accueil chaleureux, la propreté irréprochable et le confort parfait de notre chambre. Le rangement pour nos vélos ainsi que le stationnement bien pensé ont été de belles attentions qui ont vraiment fait la différence. 🚲✨ Quelques petits bémols toutefois : l'eau de la piscine était excessivement chaude, ce qui, en plein temps lourd et humide, n'était pas aussi rafraîchissant que nous l'aurions souhaité. 💦🥵 Et à la table d’hôte, dommage que certains plats annoncés n’aient pas pu être servis faute d’ingrédients, nos papilles avaient déjà choisi ! Le lendemain à la piscine, même scénario pour les cocktails… il manquait de liqueur pour mixer nos envies. 🍹🙃 Malgré ces quelques détails, notre impression générale reste très positive. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, et espérons que ces petits ajustements seront considérés pour bonifier encore davantage l’expérience des visiteurs et aussi notre prochain séjour à l’hôtel !

surveillez vos cartes de crédit....frais caché a chaque fois et on doit se battre avec hôtel.com pour se faire rembourser...pas normal d'avoir 114.92 de frais de séjour parking été etc pour deux jours !!! dommage car c'est un bel hôtel mais tout ses frais caché n'en vaut pas la peine !

This place was almost too nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would probably not go back. It was very fancy. We did not notice until we were close to leaving that the bedding and pillows were down...which we are both allergic to. The restaurant and bar were very small. You need to make a reservation.

Excellent hôtel passer un séjour de luxe à Québec. Excellent service, excellent déjeuner. Nous avions un bain tourbillon dans la chambre, il y a une belle piscine et un spa extérieur.

It is an older property very well maintained and clean. The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff is very nice. When choosing a hotel, the pool is very important and a must, it is sad to have to pay to use the pool when that is a big part of the reason you chose the hotel. Also had to pay to park my car. What is one supposed to do with the car. The stay was expensive enough, those charges at the end of my stay made it very upsetting. Unfortunately, because of this, I would not return
