Unfortunate end to a wonderful stay. We had a mixup with our beverage credit (which we didn’t receive) and the woman at the front desk this morning was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Until that point we had enjoyed 2 fabulous stays with wonderful meals at the restaurant with fantastic service. Not getting the credit was unfortunate but a simple apology would have gone a long way.

Spectaculaire mais pas le confort des lits !!!!

Les options à l’hôtel sont exceptionnelles, c’est à dire la piscine , le spa extérieur, les jardins et lieux - WoW. Les 2 centres de conditionnements sont bien et le sauna est super !!! Les chambres sont correcte, mais ont besoin d’un peu d’amour. CEPENDANT, au niveau du confort des lits c’est horrible … les matelas me semblent complètement désuets en super inconfortables. Nous étions 6 familles avec différentes chambres et aucune des familles ont appréciées les matelas. Le matin tous et toutes avaient des points dans le dos. Tellement triste qu’un si bel emplacement n’a pas investit dans le confort de ses chambres.

This Hotel was fantastic. The room was lovely and the hot tub was a great bonus. We did not have breakfast included with our stay but we did eat at the restaurant and the breakfast was fantastic

DO NOT RECOMMEND: Foul smell, disgusting carpets, looks nothing as pictured and ridiculous remarks from staff. “Business King” room smelled like cat litter upon arrival and carpet stains were disgusting and plentiful. Furniture was very beat up and dated and the lighting was very cellar-like. Front desk staff told me “that’s what you get for booking through Expedia”, as if there is a lower quality section of the hotel they reserve for people who book through Expedia. The staff moved us to a different room, which smelled less, but was still weathered and looked nothing like the photos. $19 beverage credit was nice, but a normal draft beer was $15. Said parking was included, then tried to charge me $25 on the way out for parking for 1 night.

An nice place near Quebec City for a long weekend with a blend of city exploration and quiet down time. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service for most of our stay.
