The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. There are two sinks, a bath tub, a big shower and a separate room for toilet. There is a little kitchen hidden in the closet. We enjoyed the free breakfast through Expedia's VIP access. It was wonderful and we would be willing to pay for it. The location is very convenient. We had a good time.

Our stay at this hotel in Quebec City was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a great atmosphere that made us feel relaxed right away. The location was also excellent—close to everything and perfect for exploring the city. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quebec City. We can’t wait to come back!

The design is not simply décor; it’s personality. It’s art. Our suite was extraordinary — spacious, beautifully curated, layered with textures and artistic touches that made us pause and smile. All the staff were extremely nice. From check in with Aziz and the servers for breakfast and the bartenders in the afternoon for a pre-drink before dinner. Thank you for the beautiful stay.
Bathroom was very spacious with heated floors. The soaker tub was very relaxing after a day and night in the cold.

This was such an amazing hotel. Luxury at its finest. The staff was amazing from valet, to front desk to the staff at the bar and restaurant. The lobby area was decorated beautifully. Every corner different and majestic. Very clean and the location was ideal to all the areas we wanted to explore. The free continental breakfast was the best I have ever experienced anywhere. And to top it off, they are pet friendly!
