Beautiful lobby and guest room. Staff friendly. Housekeeping didn’t come until late in day after we had returned, so we skipped. But they did offer towels etc. entrance to valet park very hard to find as is on street without a marked or pull in lobby area

Monsieur Jean is perfect in every way. Location is ideal. The room was large, beautiful and functional. Staff was friendly and helpful. Concierge spent time with us and understood what we wanted. We are ruined for other hotels.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, close to stores, restaurants, and local attractions. The room itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable. Having a kitchenette was practical. Everyone in the hotel from The doorman to the front desk and the lounge area were very nice. Would never consider staying anywhere else. Absolutely love the hotel.

Fun hotel in perfect location
Hotel Monsieur Jean far exceeded my expectation! The location is perfect - walking distance from the ViaRail station, right off Rue St. Jean (the main strip of restaurants, bars & shops) and pristine surroundings. The hotel is big enough to have all the amenities of a 5 star hotel yet unique and intimate. I love its quirky interior and personal touch.

This is among the best hotels I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment you step into the lobby, you are greeted by a warmth and beauty that extends throughout the entire building, with modern and artistic décor, captivating art, and thoughtful touches down to the last detail. The room was so luxurious and comfortable I didn't want to leave, but given the absolutely perfect location in the heart of Vieux Quebec, as soon as you stop out the door from the hotel you are immersed in the beautiful architecture and living history that makes Quebec so unique, This hotel is a treasure - I cannot wait to return!
